Exchanges and Returns

All products purchased at pompom can be returned and refunded, whenever the customer requests the return or exchange until 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, according to Portuguese legislation applicable to distance sales.

In this case, the following conditions must be met:

- The products will have to be as new, undamaged, with all accessories and manuals intact and without any signs of use, with the original packaging and sealed if this is the case;

In case of exchange, return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the day the return is received by us.

If the reason for the return is our responsibility (for example, defective, damaged or incorrect), the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Pompom assumes no responsibility in case of loss of return / exchange of the item sent by the customer.
