Terms and conditions of use
1. USING THE SERVICE
The customer undertakes to use this service complying with the laws and regulations in force that apply to it, as well as the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
Pompom may, at any time, change, in whole or in part, the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
The customer may not change the content of the Service or send messages that contain computer viruses or may cause any other damages.
Customers of the online store are considered final consumers, subject to VAT settlement.
The sale process is subject to compliance with the rules defined by Law no. 25/2008 of June 5 on the regime for the prevention and repression of the laundering of advantages of illicit provenance and the financing of terrorism.
2. PRODUCTS IN THE ONLINE SHOP
Only the exposed products can be purchased in the online store.
The prices shown in the catalog include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase.
The price of the products, the value of the VAT are all duly broken down before the final validation phase of the purchase.
The order will be completed after payment, within the stipulated time of 1 business day.
5. FORMS OF PAYMENT
Products can only be paid through the following payment methods:
- Paypal: when selecting this means of payment will be sent to the Paypal platform page to proceed with the payment.
- Multibanco Reference: If you choose this way, you will receive a reference to make the payment. After receiving the reference, if you do not make the payment within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.
6. DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days after the date of payment.
Deliveries of orders may, in specific cases, be delayed in delivery due to stock shortages.
7. PRODUCT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All products purchased in the pompom can be returned and refunded, whenever the customer requests the return or exchange until 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, according to Portuguese legislation applicable to distance sales.
In this case, the following conditions must be met:
The products will have to be as new, undamaged, with all accessories and manuals intact and without any signs of use, with the original packaging and sealed if this is the case;
In case of exchange, return or cancellation of the order, the amount paid will be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the day the return is received by us.
If the reason for the return is our responsibility (for example, defective, damaged or incorrect), the return shipping costs will be refunded. If the reason is otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Pom pom assumes no responsibility in case of loss of return / exchange of the article sent by the customer.
If you wish to make a return, cancellation or exchange, contact us in advance through email@example.com and you will be given the necessary instructions.
8. REGISTER ONLINE STORE
The individual registration in the online store is carried out in «Register».
This registration allows an easier purchase process, with the recording of customer identification data, allowing an immediate recognition of the same, without the necessity of re-typing.
9. PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
Pompom collects the personal data of the client for the purpose of customer account management, billing, provision of information, according to express authorization for the purpose, assuming the commitment of privacy and security in the processing and maintenance of personal data of each client, pursuant to Law no. 67/98 of October 26.
The whole process of payments, from the payment to the introduction of the data inherent in the process of payment of the order is properly protected with appropriate electronic security tools.
10. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Settlement Platform available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or alternative dispute resolution entities. For more information, see the Consumer Portal.
